SUBSTANCE: disclosed methods and systems simplify transmission of beacon radio signal symbols of a beacon radio signal message so that the sequence of symbols can satisfy linear restriction on the field, where the field elements can be identified using carriers. In this respect, the encoding scheme can be applied a beacon radio signal message; the encoding scheme can form a plurality of beacon radio signal symbols in order to transmit at given subcarriers. The beacon radio signal symbol receiver can decode the beacon radio signal message by receiving a number less than the total number of symbols in the beacon radio signal message, and determining the remaining subcarriers of the symbol based on linear restriction. That way, more efficient decoding of beacon radio signals is simplified, as well as disambiguation of the beacon radio signal by clarifying which symbols satisfy linear restriction for symbols, and allowing time and frequency shift by detecting shift which must be possessed by the result of satisfying linear restriction.

EFFECT: high accuracy of encoding beacon radio signals.
