The beacon radio signal symbol receiver can decode the beacon radio signal message by receiving a number less than the total number of symbols in the beacon radio signal message, and determining the remaining subcarriers of the symbol based on linear restriction. That way, more efficient decoding of beacon radio signals is simplified, as well as disambiguation of the beacon radio signal by clarifying which symbols satisfy linear restriction for symbols, and allowing time and frequency shift by detecting shift which must be possessed by the result of satisfying linear restriction.
