FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing nuclear cells from umbilical blood for parenteral administration in therapy of human viscera. Disclosed is a method of producing a suspension of nuclear cells from umbilical blood with standard concentration. Method comprises, after collecting umbilical blood, adding an equal proportion of polyglucin, stirring mixture, holding, depositing erythrocytes and separating supernatant. Supernatant is then centrifuged, main portion of plasma is removed. Obtained concentrate containing nuclear cells is mixed with a solution lysing erythrocytes, then centrifuged with removal of residual plasma. Method then includes performing standardisation of concentration of nuclear cells by adding to concentrate a solution of dimethylsulphoxide in polyglucin for bringing volume of nuclear cells to concentration of 24 million per ml.

EFFECT: method allows to preserve fraction of nuclear cells without impurities of erythrocytes and plasma, standardised by content of nuclear cells and other parameters with possibility of further use in any immunocompetent patient without need for selection of patient on principles of transfusion compatibility (by blood group and rhesus factor).
