FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices and methods for maintaining microsurgical system operation. A device comprises a compressed gas source, a pressure infusion liquid source, an aspiration chamber hydraulically connected with the compressed gas source and pressure infusion liquid source, a first valve hydraulically incorporated between the pressure infusion liquid source and aspiration chamber, a second valve hydraulically incorporated between the compressed gas source and aspiration chamber, a surgical device with an aspiration hole hydraulically connected with the aspiration chamber by a liquid main, and a computer which while the device in service actuates the first valve for filling the aspiration chamber with enough infusion liquids from the pressure infusion liquid source to fill the liquid main and the surgical device, and actuates the second valve to make compressed gas from the compressed gas source inducing infusion liquid to fill the liquid main and surgical device.
EFFECT: invention allows faster surgical operation without being interrupted and associating infusion eye pressure drop.
