FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmosurgery. Method of controlling outflow in microsurgical systems includes the following stages: operation of pump for supply of washing liquid with constant rate to blocked hole of surgical device; measurement, with application of computer, of outflow pressure during the time of liquid supply, hydraulically connected with said hole; monitoring of said pressure as function of time in order to detect blockage destruction, and finishing said stage of work, if said computer detects change of sign of inclination of function of outflow pressure of time.
EFFECT: claimed is method of outflow control in microsurgical systems.
