FIELD: medicine, sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sport stimulators, in particular, to devices for instructing and training beginner athletes-armwrestlers and training trained athletes. The device contains a telescopic support, mechanically connected with a table for armwrestling, to which two levers are fixed: the lower, located perpendicularly to the support and the upper lever, provided with a fixing bush. On the upper butt end of the telescopic support fixed is a pulley, both lower and upper levers being provided with holes for fixation of springs. The device also includes a rope-pulley system, whose rope is thrown over said pulley, a handle, which is used by an athlete for pulling the rope during training, a force sensor, which is used for measuring and fixation of the rope tension. The rope tension regulation is measured due to the fact that one end of the rope is fixed via the force sensor to the upper lever, and the rope itself rounds the pulley, the first and second additional small pulleys, passes through the guide of the rope adjustment unit, rounds the third additional small pulley, fixed with the possibility of rotation in the adjustment unit under an athlete's arm and with the second end rope is fixed on the rope adjustment unit, the resistor sensor of the rope movement, located on a mechanical miniature support of discrete movement of the upper element, being rigidly connected with the butt end of the rotating horizontal axis of said support.

EFFECT: increase of quality of training athletes-armwrestlers due to minimal consumption of energy resources at various modes of alternating resistance.
