SUBSTANCE: arm wrestling sportsmen trainer comprises a telescopic pole fixed on a table whereto two levers are attached: lower, perpendicular to the pole and seated on a bushing with a clamp movable upwards or downwards on the pole and fixation, and an upper lever is seated on the shaft and lifted with transferring from a horizontal position specified by the movable clamp, into a vertical position, and on the upper end face of the telescopic pole, there is a block lifted or lowered with fixing the telescopic pole at various heights; the levers are holed to hook springs and cable thrown through said block, a handle which a sportsman pulls a cable on training. It has a power sensor which is mounted in a cable rupture to measure and fix the cable tension, a cable travel transducer, a personal computer, six auxiliary lumps, a cable adjustment assembly, an adjustment assembly for sportsman's arm, a cable slack selection unit, one analogue-digitiser and a stabilised power source. One end of he cable is fixed through the power gauge on the upper end face of the telescopic pole, and the cable itself bends around the first auxiliary lump with its jaws hooked in a hole of the upper lever, bends around said block, bends around the sixth auxiliary lump fixed in the adjustment assembly for the sportsman's arm, and the cable is fixed by the second end on the cable adjustment assembly, the cable travel transducer is mounted on the jaws of the third auxiliary holed lump provided on the cable slack selection pole and is connected through an electric output with LPT - a system unit port. The power gauge through the analogue-digitiser is electrically connected to an internal bus of the system unit, and powered, as well as the cable travel transducer, from the stabilised power supply.

EFFECT: application of said invention allows for higher efficiency of training.
