FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids. Sprayer union has tapered channel to force fluid into cylindrical bore. Said bore is arranged axially symmetric with sprayer casing and smoothly changes into shaped bore aligned with it. Said shaped bore represents a Laval bore. Casing cylindrical bore accommodates cylindrical insert, a swirler, arranged axially symmetric with the casing that has outer peripheral screw-like rifled bores. Central axial rifled bore is made along the axis of said swirler, central bore rifling being made in opposite direction of rifling of aforesaid screw-like rifled bores. Said swirler is fitted the casing via elastic gaskets and pressed by union with the help of casing-union threaded joint.
EFFECT: higher quality of fluid spraying, sprayer efficiency and reduced hydraulic losses.
