SUBSTANCE: ironing board comprises base with variable length, body. At the same time body has several positions relative to base, and stand passing between body and base. Besides, body is supported with stand in its several positions, and base comprises the first part of base and the second part of base. At the same time the first part of base is joined to stand. The second part of base is arranged with the possibility of sliding in the first part of base, and ironing board comprises adjustment mechanism intended to change base length depending on position of body relative to base. At the same time base has length, which in position of body, in which body is located perpendicularly to stand, is more than in position of body, in which body is arranged parallel to stand.

EFFECT: creation of ironing board, which is easy to store and which may be set stable for ironing in a simple manner.
