FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: blood serum is sampled, thermostated at temperature 37°C for 20-30 minutes, after that a drop of serum is placed under cover glass, dried during 7-10 days and microscoped under cover glass at room temperature and 55-60% humidity. If small spherulites, located outside the borders of large anisotropic spherulites, on the borders of large anisotropic spherulites or within the borders of large spherulites, are detected. Low, moderate or high degree of risk of malignant growth is determined respectively.

EFFECT: method application makes it possible to increase possibility of determining degree of risk of malignant growth.
