FIELD: physics; communication.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to the method of transmitting user data in an up-link on a specified enhanced dedicated physical data channel (E-DPDCH). Radio signals are dissipated in radio circuits of the up-link. For this purpose, the method comprises the following stages: determination in the radio network controller, whether a mobile station, transmitting on the E-DPDCH only to the first cell, transmits on the E-DPDCH to the first cell and second cell; in the radio network controller and based on definition, the mobile station sends information for decoding the channel of the indicator for confirmation of transmission of user data in the up-link (E-HICH) for decoding the E-HICH for transmitted user data in the up-link, meant for transmission to the second cell; after receiving information for decoding the enhanced relative gain channel (E-RGCH) the mobile station transmits on the E-DPDCH to the first and second cell; based on information for decoding the control channel of relative transmission rate, the E-RGCH from the second cell is decoded at the mobile station, and based on relative transmission rate of user data transmitted on the up-link, sent on the E-RGCH, the transmission rate of user data transmitted on the up-link is controlled.

EFFECT: elimination of time delays, which occur after refreshing the active set until the rate of transmission on the E-DPDCH is controlled, leading to dissipation of radio signals in radio circuits of an up-link.
