FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for influencing the atmosphere. The apparatus has an earthed electroconductive grid, placed with clearance from corona conductors suspended along the surface of the earth. The electroconductive grid is placed on a surface which is equidistant from the surface formed by suspension lines of the corona conductors.
EFFECT: invention enables creation of conditions in the atmosphere, where mist is scattered and the cloud base is raised, as well as generation of a stable ion wind on the entire surface of the apparatus.
