SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and meteorology, and can be used to control the climatic conditions of the area. The device comprises a grounded electroconductive grid attached to supporting ropes suspended on the bearing supports. The grid is attached with the gap relative to corona electrodes connected to a source of high voltage, on the surface of the equidistant surface formed by the corona electrodes. The device is equipped with power cables attached to the corona electrodes. The cables are suspended on the bearing supports through the high-voltage insulators.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of effect on mist is provided.
