FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of corona-producing wiring connected to the high-voltage power supply and pulled independently over the earth surface. There is a grounded conducting lattice installed over the above-mentioned wiring at some clearance not exceeding 1 m. Ionic wind and heat flows generated as a result of latent heat release during condensation process initiated by corona discharge and current flowing through the atmosphere in the point of corona discharge are directed upwards. The above-mentioned ionic wind and heat flows generate common upward air flow along the whole surface of the proposed device. The dimensions of device are not technologically limited by anything.
EFFECT: improved effectiveness of device and easiness of installation in environment.
