FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to livestock sector. Method includes transplantation of mini cells of somatic cells of prominent females, in which previously one X-chromosome is replaced for Y-chromosome produced from best breeders, into ripe ovocytes, denucleated at stage of metaphase II. As a result, breeders (clones) are produced, with genotype corresponding to prominent females. Then these breeders are mated with female population, and by replacement of available gene pool with genotypes of prominent mothers by rotation of breeders, with saturation of breed with "blood" of prominent breeders of at least 96.87% (5th generation), pure breeding is started, with control of inbreeding extent.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce breeders from prominent mothers, especially by economically useful criteria, limited by sex, with preservation of unique genotypes in them, which are specified for such females.
