FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: extraction system to prepare drink in cartridge using fluid injected into cartridge comprises cartridge and extraction device accommodating said cartridge. Proposed system comprises injection unit and cartridge support. Note here that they are arranged to displace relative to each other with their closing device around the cartridge before injection. Injection unit comprises base and piston-type closing device 41 mounted to displace axially relative to the base. Said piston-type closing device 41 is driven to move relative to the base by pressure applied by injected fluid.
EFFECT: ease of system closing and reduced wear of closing elements, efficient sealing of cartridge.
