FIELD: transport, package.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of discharge branch pipe with flange, cutting element and cap. Discharge branch pipe has inner and outer threads, while cylindrical cutting element incorporates top edge to confine flat surface and bottom edge with one or several teeth. Inner side surface of cutting element incorporates grippers that act radially to interact with those in screw cap. Note here that discharge branch pipe with flange and cylindrical cutting element connected by jumpers of preset separation are made integral. Cylindrical cutting element is arranged nearby discharge branch pipe top edge. Note here that cutting element bottom edge has extending annular ledge and outer thread is arranged above the ledge. Note also that there are some preset separation jumpers nearby said ledge connected with discharge branch pipe in non-mounted position. Invention covers also method of fitting described lockable opening device.
EFFECT: simple design of new lockable opening device.
