SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of semi-finished product intended for production of opener for packages with fluid. Note that said opener has drain union with flange and cylindrical cutting element provided with upper edge defining flat surface. Bottom edge has one or several teeth while tooth inner lateral surface is provided with grippers acting radially and interacting with grippers on cover surface inner side in screw cap. Note here that cylindrical cutting element with teeth on its bottom edge extends inside said drain union while top edge extends beyond union top edge when semi-finished product is disassembled. Note also that screw cap cover surface faces cutting element edge. Drain union is made integral with cutting element that is made integral with screw cap to allow their separation along preset separation points.
