SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises: main case with discharge opening that has sidewall and top base where in said opening is arranged, cap hinged to main case to turn between open and closed positions, and to plug said opening, flexible element to apply throw-out force to the cap in direction of cap opening, and fastener arranged between the cap and main case, and appliance to hold back the cap as-closed on hinge. Main case and cap are extruded from stiff plastic material, while flexible element is made from elastomer material and arranged between main case and cap. There is a button to release fastener to open the cap by throw-out force applied by flexible element. Said button is made from stiff plastic material, integral with main case. Note here that moving section comprises, at least, one front part formed on sidewall and jointed with lateral wall by connection line that forms axis of turn of moving section. Front section has pressure surface suitable to receive finger of user. Fastener has first part formed in moving section and second part formed in cap, and can be fixed in first part. Besides, moving part is confined by deformable line that has top section forming top part of moving section and appropriate lateral sections to form front part o moving section. Note that said lateral sections run from top section ends to connection line.

EFFECT: new design of corking device with automatic opening system.
