FIELD: means of fitment.

SUBSTANCE: fitment includes the main housing equipped with a discharge mouth and suitable for the bottle neck and a hinged cover connected to the main housing with the help of a clasp joint in such a way that the cover can twist between the open and close positions. The main housing and the cover are made of hard plastic material. The device includes a resilient element as well. It is situated between the main housing and the cover in such a way that it applies a spring-actuated resisting force to the cover in the direction of its open position. The resilient element is made of elastomeric material that differs from the type used for production of housing and cover, i.e. hard plastic one. The holder located between the cover and the main housing and suitable for locking the cover in its closed position. The button that provides releasing of the holder and opening of the cover. The resilient element has at least one first fastening section that is firmly connected to the main housing, and at least one second fastening section that is firmly connected to the cover with at least one elastic section of the resilient element that is situated between the first and the second fastening sections. The main housing contains at least one ledge that forms a mounting surface located outside the clasp joint. The elastic section of the resilient element is freely situated before the mounting surface in such a way that when the cover is twisted towards its close position, the mounting surface perceives the elastic section of the resilient element, and keeps the elastic section outside the clasp joint.

EFFECT: creation of a fitment that provides easy and convenient automatic opening of the cover.
