SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for tight installation of packer. Disclosed is a method for tight installation of packer with cable channel, in which tubular through packer comprises sealing elements with spacer bushes, protected by cones, and cable channel for supply cable of electrically driven pump and/or electric lines for connection of additional equipment and instruments and lines of chemical reagents injection or gas discharge, sealed in cable channel by means of compound pouring. Installation of well equipment includes transmission of power cable through sealing elements of packer, cones and spacer bushings arranged in assembly order, installation of packer with slot above electrically driven pump on tubing string, filling groove in barrel of packer with compound with subsequent immersion of power cable in it, holding compound until complete or partial hardening and installation of hinged elements on packer shaft. Above the packer an emergency disconnection unit is installed for emergency disconnection of tubing string and cable in case load exceeds the packer breakdown. Packer also contains a mechanical anchor of axial action in the lower part for prevention of unauthorized rupture of the packer. Or mechanical axial action armature is installed separately above packer. Or mechanical axial action armature is installed separately under electrically driven pump. Method allows to install packer in columns of small diameter and to pass geophysical instruments and other underground equipment. Sealing elements of packer are made of water-and-swelling rubber and provide reliable sealing of packer in production string, and cable channel, having irregularities of compound along cable in channel of packer shaft and subsidence of compound in channel, due to ability for self-healing and recovery of sealing properties of water-and-swelling rubber packer.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of packer sealing.
