FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncologic urology and can be used for early diagnostics of probable disease. Determined are the following factors of patient's oncoepidemiologic state: professional contacts, smoking, intake of alcohol, quantity and quality of drunk liquid per day, dietary habits, diuresis peculiarities, heredity, diseases in medical history and intake of medications, peculiarities of hormonal status in women. On the basis of "Questionnaire chart", included into description, diagnostic coefficient of each factor is determined. Obtained coefficients are summed up. If sum of diagnostic coefficients equals 6 or higher it is diagnosed that patient belongs to group of risk of developing urinary bladder cancer, and if sum of coefficients is lower than 6, it is diagnosed that risk of developing disease is absent.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to realise prediction of probability of developing urinary bladder cancer depending on estimation of the whole complex of risk factors taking into account importance of each individual factor.
