SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oncology and dentistry, and can be used to determine susceptibility to developing oral cancer. 21 risk factors are detected: sex, age, height, BMI, type of nervous system, oncological inheritance, nature of work, occupational hazards, environmental hazardous factors, smoking, duration of smoking, X-ray examinations, alcohol intake, injuries and operations on oral mucous membrane, previous diseases of oral mucous membrane, chronic diseases of oral cavity, injuries of other organs and systems, disturbed homeostasis—deviation from normal values of biochemical analysis of blood and ESR, tumor markers—PFA, TRA, T3, T4, TP53, presence of cancer mutations—BRAF, RET, MEN2A, TP-53, CTNNB1, AKT1, local complaints. Risk factors are evaluated in points. Presence of predisposition to oral mucous membrane (S) is determined by the declared formula. If S is less than 0, the risk of developing oral mucous membrane cancer is low. If the S value is from 1 to 30%, the average risk is determined. If the S value is in range of 30–50%, a high risk is determined. If S is more than 51%, the risk is very high.

EFFECT: method enables higher efficiency of diagnostics and personalized prevention of malignant neoplasms of oral mucous membrane at early stages by assessing the complex of the most significant risk factors.
