FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to degasser of fluid containing polymer, and may be used for separation of volatile components from polymer by reducing pressure of pressurised fluid. Static degasser 1 comprises bottle 10, its inner space including top zone 11, central zone 12 and settling zone 13. Degassed polymer unloading pump 3 is arranged nearby bottom of settling zone. Suction pipeline 4 to suck out gases 8 formed by volatile components is connected to bottle 10 in its top zones 11, 12. Phase separating chamber 2 is arranged in said zones. Said chamber comprises processed fluid inlet 20. Polymer discharge bottom outlets 210, and one or several gas discharge top outlets 220.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of degassing.
