FIELD: process flows, filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to gas dedusting and can be applied in chemical, metallurgy, construction and other industries. The bag filter contains a shell with inlet and discharge fittings and dust hopper separated to chambers of dust-laden and filtered gas, filter bags with top open ends fixed in the shell and connected to the filtered gas chamber, and electromagnetic coils axially arranged on the filter bags. The bottom closed end of filter bags is connected to metal perforated plate, which is mounted nonstationary on springs in the bottom section of dust-laden gas chamber; at that the plate is connected with vibration generator's platform located outside the shell. Both dust-laden and filtered gas chambers are provided with pressure transducers connected to control block that is connected to vibration generator and power source of electromagnetic coils.
EFFECT: improved regeneration quality of bag filter used to filter gas that contains ferromagnetic particles with relatively high performance.
