FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust separation and cleaning of process gas of solid impurities. Proposed unit comprises movable driven aspirator communicated with gas duct, bag filter and blower. Gas duct is provided with flexible section communicated with said aspirator mounted on rollers supported by crane girder guides. Aspirator drive is made up of piston-type pneumatic drive with its housing rigidly attached to vertical support. Piston rod is jointed with aspirator. Bag filter comprises casing, dust bin and filtration bags. Filtration bag lower closed ends are secured to metal perforated plate arranged on springs at dusty gas chamber bottom. Said plate is jointed with casing outer platform supporting the vibrator. Electromagnetic coils are arranged along the axes of filtration bags. Pressure pickups are arranged in purified and dusty gas chambers and connected to control unit connected with vibrator and electromagnetic coil power supply.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified design, reliable recovery of bag filters.
