FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: installation consists of hood positioned over process equipment. The hood is pivotal and is mounted on rollers on a horizontal transit part connecting the hood with flue duct and made in form of a section of pipe with at least one lengthwise slot. Diametre of the transit part is bigger, than diametre of the flue duct. Centre of gravity of the hood is set off from axis of transit part to a side opposite to the side of a cable drive location. A sleeve filter consists of a case with inlet and outlet branches and divided into chambers of polluted and recovered gas, of a dust hopper and of filter sleeves, open ends of which are stationary secured in the case and are communicated with the recovered gas chamber, while lower closed ends are attached to a metal perforated plate installed movably on springs in a lower part of the polluted air chamber. Pressure gauges are installed in the chambers of polluted and recovered gas. The pressure gauges are connected to a control unit coupled with a vibrator and a source of power supply of electro-magnetic coils.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of removal and recovery of not-controlled exhausts from metallurgical aggregate under all modes of operation, simplified design of installation and reliability of regeneration of integrated sleeve filter.
