FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to create floating power plants, takeoff and landing sites, structures of public cultural purpose, for scientific research. Inhabited floating platform comprises power elements arranged, for instance, from concrete with filler and reinforcement in the form of closed reservoirs lighter than water. There is a possibility of connection in six directions of space with other power elements, which form platform. Each power element is coated with power circuit and net cooler, which comprises tubes for passage of working heat medium. Tubes are connected to cooler joined with pump, which in its turn is connected to other inlet of net cooler and to engine connected to energy generator. After freezing of ice the platform is coated with heat insulation film, then sand, clay, and soil on too, which include drainage system. Platform is equipped with systems of energy production, warehouses and reservoirs for provision of energy resources, anchor system, system of energy production from subsoil, systems of motion, systems of alarm, power supply, orientation, navigation, communication. Platform comprises underwater moorage, subsurface moorage, air moorage, space launching site and landing strip, residential, production premises and agricultural areas.
EFFECT: expansion of platform functional capabilities.
