FIELD: gas-and-oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for purification of black oil from pyrobitumen, resins and heavy metals by contacting wide porous adsorbent (donor) impregnated with black oil with narrow porous adsorbent (acceptor) at temperature 460-560°C in fluidisated layer. Weight ratio of adsorbent-donor to adsorbent acceptor is 1.0:1.4-1.0:4.0 and time of contact is 1-5 min. As adsorbent-donor there is used adsorbent with volume of pores 0.5-1.0 cm3/g, average diametre of pores 200-1000 Ǻ and dimension of particles 0.5-1.0 mm. As adsorbent-acceptor there is used catalyst of cracking with dimension of particles 0.02-0.16 mm. Gas, benzene, light gas oil, heavy gas oil and coke are produced as output.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of processing black oil into motor fuel and stock for petrochemical industry.
