SUBSTANCE: in body of device of furniture size there is a section of cellulose production from used paper by means of used paper soaking and grinding, section of paper production for production of processed paper by means of treatment of cellulose from used paper produced in section of cellulose production, and control unit to drive and control interaction of cellulose production section and paper production section. Device is located in the room, where used paper is produced. By soaking and treatment of used paper in section of cellulose production, leakage or disclosure of confidential information or personal information written or printed on user paper, may efficiently be prevented, and further cellulose of used paper is processed by section of paper production, and processed paper is produced. Section of paper production includes a latticed conveyor, drying belt conveyor and drying roller.
