FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises signal lights controlled by preset program and Internet signal transducer (transmitter) mounted on special automobile, receiver mounted on signal light and signal light colour transformer. Signal lights provided with virtual elements switch signal lights in response to signal coming from special automobile depending upon actual conditions at particular road crossing. Other automobiles are arranged in jam with clearance that allows special automobile to maneuver.
EFFECT: ease of avoiding traffic jams.
