SUBSTANCE: converter provides for continuous conversion of supply grid power with the possibility to connect load to outlets of DC and AC, or to both outlets. Proposed converter may be used efficiently in system of electric heating and electrothermics, in galvanic technology and, in particular, for regenerative charge of chemical accumulators. Its other application is possible, for instance, to destroy weeds by contact method, for electric spark processing of materials, etc.
