SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and deals with pharmaceutical composition with preliminarily specified final total gelatin concentration in quickly dispersed drug form, which contains at least one active ingredient, at least one inactive with respect to active ingredient carrier, which represents combination of gelatin of high molecular weight (HMW) and fish gelatin of standard molecular weight (SMW), where ratio HMW:SMW constitutes from 50:50 to 10:90. Invention also relates to method of said composition obtaining.
EFFECT: composition ensures acceptable profile of active component release.
