SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition with fixed dose of phytate and zinc in form of Zn2+ cation for production of medication for treatment of calcification, formed as a result of hydroxyapatite crystallisation, in particularly for prophylaxis and/or prevention of hydroxyapatite crystallisation in people. Synergism of action of composition components is shown, as a result of zinc adsorption on formed hydroxyapatite crystallisation core, which increases affinity of phytate to growing crystal, enhancing its inhibitory action on crystallisation.
EFFECT: composition increases affinity of phytate to growing crystal, enhancing its inhibitory action on crystallisation.
