FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of industrial equipment for machining large-sized parts in simultaneous or combined action of high pressures, up to 500 MPa, and temperature of up to 2000°C. Proposed gasostatic extruder comprises bearing foundation and container with top and bottom plugs that form extruder operating chamber communicated via gas line with gas system shut-off valves provided with needles interacting with seats, and unloading gas cylinders. Note here that said valves incorporate differential closing system made up of stepped needle with stem diametre smaller than and gas cylinder rod diametre larger than valve operating diametre.
EFFECT: shorter period of developing preset pressure in container and gas evacuation therefrom at operating cycle end.
