FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to equipment for processing discrete or solid materials at combined or separate effects of gas pressure of up to 500 MPa and temperature of up to 2000°C developed inside working chamber of gasostatic extruder. Gasostatic extruder comprises foundation and container with top and bottom plugs communicated via gas line with extruder gas system comprising shut-off valves with two chambers, pneumatic servo drive with piston and needle, note here that each valve incorporates gas piston of unloading communicated with valve bottom chamber. Each unloading cylinder is secured on servo drive bottom cover and inside it. Note here valve needles feature identical diametre and set of plate spring is arranged above the piston of servo drive. In particular version of this invention, needle top end diametre may be smaller than needle bottom end diametre, bottom end separating valve top and bottom chambers to increase cross section area of needle top end to about 10%. Needle of each valve may accommodate crosspiece keyed thereto and with servo drive piston.
EFFECT: faster pressurisation of container inner space and gas evacuation there from, complete elimination of noise effects on servicing personnel.
