FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to equipment for processing discrete or solid materials at combined or separate effects of gas pressure of up to 500 MPa and temperature of up to 2000°C developed inside working chamber of gasostatic extruder. Extruder comprises bearing foundation and plugged container to make working chamber communicated via gas pipeline with gas system including shut-off valves with increased port area furnished with cup. It includes also unloading cylinder with rod fitted inside low-spring force spring developing required contact pressures in pair "needle-seat", and servo drive with rod. Unloading gas cylinder and servo drive rods are rigidly jointed together. In particular case, said rods may have flat or curved contact surface. Bayonet junction of unloading cylinder and the cup can be executed with the radial split.
EFFECT: internal tightness.
