FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: rotary internal combustion engine includes housing with working surface, inlet and outlet openings, rotor, and radial, end and tangential seals. In rotor slots on axes with rollers contacting the running tracks there installed are blades. Working surface of housing is made in the form of surface formed by movement of straight line perpendicular to rotor rotation plane, along generatrix of curve-ellipse. Rotor is cylinder-shaped. In blades there located are radial seals made in the form of "П"-shaped composite spring-loaded plates the middle parts of which have the shape of trapezoids contacting the working surface of housing by means of smaller base. Side parts of "П"-shaped composite plates contact the end seals made in the form of spring-loaded rings installed in covers. Tangential seals are made in the form of plates installed in walls of rotor slot on both sides of blades.

EFFECT: improving manufacturability, economy, reliability and long service life of engine.
