FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: in addition, during operation on digital engine control (DEC) the operation of DEC is controlled: time limit of DEC cycle duration is set so that it is higher than DEC duration of working programme (WP); and WP is executed by means of DEC computer. When WP is being executed as per readings of sensors according to certain relations, there calculated are control impacts on fuel flow to combustion chamber (CC) of engine and its mechanisation components (inlet guide vane (IGV), air bleed valve (ABV)) and supplied to actuating mechanisms (AM), test programme (TP) is started, the time of execution of which by DEC computer is more than DEC cycle duration. If during execution of TP from hardware component of the built-in control system (HCBCS) the command is supplied to the beginning of execution of new DEC cycle, WP is started again and calculation of control impacts is continued. If execution of TP is finished, and HCBCS commands to the beginning of new DEC cycle were not supplied, DEC is switched off and control of GTE is switched over to hydromechanical governor (HMG).

EFFECT: improving operating quality of electronic hydromechanical systems and improving reliability of gas-turbine engine and safety of aircraft.
