SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, cutting dandelion roots and rosehips and their drying in microwave field at preset process parametres, frying dandelion roots, barley grains, acorns, nut kernels, kernels of fruit bones and soya; additionally drying rosehips by convective method; mixing dandelion roots, rosehips, barley grains, acorns, nut kernels, kernels of fruit bones and soya; cryomilling the produced mixture in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
