SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for hemorrhoid ligation. Uninterrupted suture from absorbable suture material is applied, with the first stitch being passed under hemorrhoid base in oblique direction from the level of dentate line to vascular pedicle of bolus. Ligation is continued in submucous layer with external part of thread by application of stitches, successively twining around tissue of internal hemorroidal plexus, passing ligature alternatively on upper and lower bolus surface until cavernous tissue is completely involved into suture, with step-by-step tightening of ligature after application of each coil. Ligature is tied up in area of vascular pedicle after the last out-puncture of needle in point where internal part of thread is located.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify operation technique, reduce the risk of intestine stenosis.
