FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to palm prosthesis. Palm prosthesis with base, on which, at least, one finger prosthesis is hingedly installed with possibility of travel around, at least, one rotation axis by means of drive, which is connected with it via device (10) for effort transmission. Device (10) for effort transmission is made between drive (6) and finger prosthesis (3, 4, 5) rigid in tension and pliable when pressed. Device (10) for effort transmission contains cable or fibrous component (11) or strand, as well as support bushes (13, 14) for placement of axes (15, 16), attached to the base (2) of palm and finger prosthesis (3, 4, 5). Axes of rotation of support bushes are perpendicular to each other.
EFFECT: approximation of the shape and function of prosthesis to natural bone.
