FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to hand prosthesis. Hand prosthesis with base, on which with possibility of movement by means of drive around, at least one axis of turn with relative to base finger prosthesis is pivotally installed. In base (2) located is first drive (6), which via device (10) for effort transmission is connected with finger prosthesis (3, 4, 5) and ensures turn around first axis (15) of rotation. In finger prosthesis (3, 4, 5) located is second drive (30) which ensures turn of, at least, part of finger prosthesis (3, 4, 5) around second axis (31) of turn relative to first (15) axis of rotation. Second drive (30) via drive (32), in particular with non-crossing axes, is connected with driven element (33), which is made in form of worm, which is in gear with segment (34) of tooth-wheel and forms screw change-wheel gear (35).
EFFECT: prosthesis has close to natural hand outlook form and improved functionality.
