SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and are intended for creation and examination of images directly on the retina, for diagnostics of operator's state in different branches of engineering, for projection onto dispatcher or pilot's retina of additional information. Claimed is device providing method of creation of stabilised images on the retina by projection of the beam onto the retina, tracking eye motion in the plane, perpendicular to vision axis and compensation of registered eye motion. Additionally eye motion around vision axis is registered and the registered eye motion in the process of projection of the beam onto retina is compensated. Compensation on three axes is carried out with predetermined coefficient and for fixed frequency ranges and with association to the retina areas.

EFFECT: method and device make it possible to obtain image on the retina, maximally corresponding to the specified one, to project images in the mode comfortable for operator, to obtain images basing on individual features of the retina.
