FIELD: ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: ophthalmologic device for measuring aberrations of human eye has point light source, system for measuring shape of wave front of radiation going from eye, aberration compensation system and test patterns projector. Aberration compensation system is disposed between human eye and measurement system. According to the first version, the system is composed by refraction compensator and astigmatism compensator. According to the second version, it has astigmatism compensator and higher aberration compensator. Astigmatism compensator is disposed at eye's pupil image plane. To adjust the device, the unit is used which has system for projecting images of marks onto eye provided with illumination sources, system of visual observation for mutual disposition of projected images and device three-dimensional movement system. Optical axis of visual observation system is disposed between directions of projection of marks' images and it coincides with optical axis of device. Projection system has two projectors of marks or marks' projector with two identical channels. They are disposed symmetrically in relation to optical axis of the device at angle to it and at some distance from it. Images of marks, projected onto iris, being similar and symmetrical relatively vertical axis of device converge at plane of entrance pupil of device at required adjustment to form circle with cross-hairs.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement; widened exploitation abilities of device; improved comfort at exploitation; higher comfort for patient.
