FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to treatment aiming at activation of metabolic and repair processes in organs, tissues and cells by empowering singlet-triplet transitions in biological molecules by exposing a patient to magnetic fields. A device comprises an epitaxially-grown garnet ferrite film of thickness 0.5-50 mcm and specific magnetism 10-1000 Gs coating one side of a single crystal nonmagnetic garnet substrate of thickness 0.5-25.0 mm with a transparent plastic layer of thickness no more than 2 mm being glued to at least one side of the substrate.
EFFECT: invention allows more efficient human exposure to the magnetic domain structure.
