FIELD: fire-fighting means.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fire extinguishing, particularly to foam compounds for class A and B fire extinguishing. The reached technical effect consists in increasing the extinguishing efficiency and thereby decreasing the concentration of a process foaming agent up to 1.0 % (vol). When using the compound containing sodium salts of primary higher fatty alcohols of fraction C8-C10, triethanolamine salts of alkylsulfates of primary higher fatty alcohols fractions C12-C14 taken in the mass ratio 100:(4÷5), ethyl cellulose or butyl cellulose and water, in the certain proportions.
EFFECT: ensured considerable saving for foaming agent delivery and storage, as well as lower unfavourable environmental effects due to decreased organic solvents and triethanolamine salts in the composition of the offered foam compound.
