FIELD: fire-fighting means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for fire extinguishing based on surface-active substances (SAS), intended for extinguishing fires of A and B class, namely for solid foam-generating compositions. Result is achieved due to application of fire extinguishing-composition, which contains mixture consisting of 40-70% composition accelerating dissolution of fire-extinguishing composition in water (dissolution activator), which contains crystalline sulfamic acid and sodium bicarbonate, and 60-30% of foam-generating mixture, which contains sodium salts of alkyl sulfates of fatty alcohols of C8-C10 fraction, or their mixtures with sodium salts of alkyl sulfates of fatty alcohols of C12-C14 fraction or sodium salts of alpha-olefin-sulfonates of C14-C16 fraction.
EFFECT: extension of temperature interval of fire-extinguishing composition storage from minus 60°C to plus 60°C, reduction of transportation and storage cost, reduction of negative impact on environment, as well as reduction of working concentration of fire-extinguishing solution.
