FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical treatment of gas turbine disk lock grooves processing. Proposed method comprises isolating processing zone by face seal with inner cavity, arranging inside said zone electrode-tool with guaranteed electrode gap, geometrical sizes of tool working edges being selected subject to required radii of rounding-off and crest angles, feeding electrolyte therein and electrochemical processing of edges. Note here that said processing zone is additionally isolated by groove isolator, while said face isolator inner cavity represents an extension of disk groove to receive electrode-tool. Note also that electrode-tool working edges are rounded off on the side of groove edge acute angle to radius re1, mm that allows minimum electrode gap and, on the side of blunt angle, to radius re2, mm defined by the condition where z1 and z2 are allowances on sides of said acute and blunt angles, respectively. Note also that edges of isolators are also rounded off with rounding-off radius being defined by formulas: and where r1 is radius of isolator edges rounding-off on groove acute edge (mm), r2 is radius of isolator edges rounding-off on groove blunt edge (mm), R is radius of groove edge rounding-off (mm), α is angle between groove axis and disk rotation axis.

EFFECT: high precision of shape and sizes of groove recess edges rounding off.
