FIELD: methods of electrochemical broaching of narrow slots and holes in thin-walled blanks of high-strength steels and alloys. SUBSTANCE: blank, for example thin-walled blank of rotor electrical shaver fixed cutter, is mounted on dielectric carrier providing fitting of blank inner surface to base in places of broached holes output edges formation. Treatment is exercised by pulse current in modes providing maximum productivity of process. After vibrating electrode-tool reaches cutting-in depth, that is smaller than blank thickness by value equal to equilibrium butt clearance, operational movement forward of vibrating electrode tool is stopped and treatment mode providing maximum localization of process is set. Vibrating electrode tool is held in the position till hole full opening and formation of given radius of output edge are achieved. Apparatus, that has holder, body with central canal for electrolyte feeding and shape-forming members-bridges, is used as vibrating electrode tool Dielectric carrier is fixed on member of base. All that provides prevention of broached holes output edges from dulling and allows multiple usage of carrier.
