FIELD: bottles closing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a means for closing bottles and provides an increase in the reliability of the closure by increasing the adaptability of the fixing tape 10 when a lateral load is applied. The cap-stopper contains a plastic stopper 1, on top of which a protective cap 2 is tightly fixed, and an open tear-off band 4 is fixed at the bottom with the help of the first jumpers 3, adapted to be placed around the bottle neck. The tear-off strip 4 has a tab 7 provided with second bridges 8 connecting the open ends 9 of the tear-off strip 4, and a fixing tape 10 bent inward along the bend line 11, adapted to be placed circumferentially between the rim 5 and the collar 6 of the bottle and having a free edge 12 made with the possibility of engagement with the finish 5 of the bottle, and the open ends 13 connected by means of the third bridge 14. The fixing tape 10 has tapered corrugations 15 oriented to the longitudinal axis a-a of the cap-plug. Each corrugation 15 has a variable cross-section and variable height, increasing in the direction from the fold line 11 to the free edge 12 of the fixing tape 10. The corrugations 15 are made with the possibility of elastic straightening under the action of a transverse load and restoration of the shape after removal of this load.
